Lowering specific sound without lowering background music

My friend made the intro to my podcast and I really like it, I just want to make a certain sound in it a little more subtle. Is there a way to lower the volume on a specific sound without lowering the background music? I’ve attached it and the sound in question is the bubbles, I still want them just not so loud.

Suggested settings:

  • Use Custom
  • 100
  • -90
  • 100
  • -90

Then amplify the section by +6 dB (“Amplify” effect).
