why is it that what i record comes out one step lower on playback? it doesn’t seem to happen on a quick 30 second check but when i record an full song of two or three minutes the result ends up a step low. like tape played at low speed? can’t figure it out, any help much appreciated.
That’s odd. Very odd.
It’s probably a hardware problem. It could be that your sound card is having trouble recording at whatever sample rate you’re using. Try recording at a different rate (like 48KHz) and see what happens.
