I have version 3.7.7, and lately, each time I open it, I have to reset all of my preferences. I have unchecked the “Check for Updates” box, but it still doesn’t cooperate. Does anyone have a similar problem?
“audacity.cfg” could be corrupted. Rename* or delete it … https://support.audacityteam.org/troubleshooting/resetting-audacity [ * renaming gives you the option of reverting to previous state].
