Ower site is a flash site and we have audio background track that is destorting … what to do so we can have high quality sound?

You’re right about the sound messing up, but I don’t think it’s a processing problem. I think the problem is with the flash programming, the format of the audio, or the streaming of the audio data. It sounds like chunks of it are missing, it doesn’t sound like audio distortion.
