Leveller-Effect in Version 2.1.3 vanished

Hi:

Audacity-2.1.3, Windows-7/64 SP1 Home Premium:

After installing the new Version 2.1.3 I cant found the Leveller-Effect; it is not here. And I cant activate it as in Version-2.1.2.
Is this an failure ?
Or is the leveller-effect in 2.1.3 not supported ?
