Hi…using 3.1.1 on Windows 10 21H1
Since updating to 3.1.1, new projects that i’ve saved are crashing Audacity immediately upon attempting to reopen them. When relaunching, i get the recover project option, but unless I choose “skip” or “discard selected”, it will crash again. (this happens every time I launch new or pre-update projects now too)
The only difference I’ve noticed is that the new projects are saving SHM and WAL files along with the project file.
I attached a screenshot of the perpetual recovery option, bc it’s showing two other unknown “projects”, which i suspect maybe have something to do with the SHM and WAL files?
Will send AUP3 or any other info requested immediately. Just not sure where to send it.
at this point i’m afraid to start any new projects, so any info or help would be immensely appreciated.
