I had ano over 2 hour recording that would be extremely difficult to reproduce. I exported it in the .WAV format like I always do. It successfully exported the same as usual (Just took longer). When I open my editing program, the exported file has nothing to play. It has all the size. It is a 2.27GB audio file. But there is nothing there. I couldn’t open it in my editor or back in audacity. Please help. I really need this audio! I don’t think I’ll have the time to redo it.
Try importing it as Raw Data.
There is a WAV file size limit (of 2GB or 4GB depending on what spec you read). The size limit shouldn’t result in a silent file, but it can cause problems.
