Using the latest version and trying to export to MP3 files Audacity reports LAME not found even though I have directed Audacity to the LAME DLL file. The old version (about a year or two ago) works fine. I’m going to have to uninstall the latest version and install the old version. Currently exported as WAV files and converting them to MP3’s.
The Audacity version and the Lame version need to match. Either work Audacity down or work Lame up.

Thanks, That fixed it. However right from forum login and each page takes at least a minute to appear in Internet Explorer and I get “The web page is not available” in Torch.
I’ve just checked the download links and they are all working correctly. Perhaps there was network congestion from your location when you tried.
