Keyboard Mapping the Mixer

AUDACITY MIXER
Hello! i ma using Audicity v 3.4.2
In the View drop down menu there is a Micer option (see attached image for a three channel radio show I had set up).

My questions ae:

  1. Is there any keyboard functions (or keyboard mapping) to enable me to operate the mixer from the keyboard - Solo/Mute; slider up and down etc.
  2. Can I record as I use the Mixwer function - or do I have to have the microphone always active to record - and will that still work in the “Mixer” mode.

I have been producing a radio programme earlier this year using Audacity. It was an education in Cross Fading, using the Envelope tool etc. I was hoping to try to find other “better ways” to produce a radio programme.
