I dont know how this happened, but this is going to crush me if this is ruined. here is a short clip of what it sounds like. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like trash to me. I doubt that anything useful can be recovered from that. I’m guessing that you don’t have a backup, but if you do, then it’s time to use the backup.
