issue on opening files

Hi,

A project was save as xxxx.aup3 file.
I looked at in the directory there is only a .aup3 file.
How to re open it ?

If it doesn’t open in Audacity by double clicking on it, then:

  1. Launch Audacity
  2. “File menu > Open” and select the .aup3 file.

(I’ve fixed your previous post).

Ensure that you use “Open” and not “Import”.
Also ensure that you are not inadvertently using an old version of Audacity. AUP3 files require Audacity 3.0 or later.

You was right, as I wrote it, my fault … I uninstalled this previous and old version.
