Isomod is a variable tremolo effect. It modulates the amplitude of the selected audio. A tremolo effect causes the amplitude (loudness) to rapidly move up and down. When isomod is applied to a 440 Hz sine wave, the result will be a pulsating 440 Hz sine wave. Try it yourself.
