Is it possible to put out a fixed level on a channel ?

I wondered if you can geenrate a fixed dc level on a channel ? I know you cannot hear it, but just debugging some software ?

You can add offset to already recorded audio using this plug-in https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/dc-offset-tool/26679/1 . Put it in the Audacity “Plug-Ins” folder then restart Audacity.
