I put the “windows WASAPI” option

Ensure that you select the “loopback” option as the recording device, and that it matches the device that you are using to play the audio. For example, if you play through USB speakers, then it’s the “USB speaker loopback” that you need to select as the recording device.

I solved. my integrated sound card. it has only 3 connectors. Pink (Analog input for the microphone) Blue (Analog input, for mixer or other digital or analog device via RCA / jack).
they are together.
