Importing an .m4v (video) file with multiple audio tracks

I have an M4V file with two audio tracks, one English, the other French. I would like to make an MP3 of the French audio track. However, when I import the video into Audacity, it chooses the English track by default.

How do I tell Audacity to import the French track instead?

Thanks,
Mike

I believe you can use both Lame and FFMpeg as stand-alone programs and there are many more options when you do that.

You can also fake it and record the French words by playing that track as a video show and using SoundFlower to record “What’s Playing on the Computer.”
