I’m having problems with iMIc connected via usb port on a Mac Mini Inteel core 2 duo. As i try to play a track i get an error that souunds something like “Error opening audio device: check preferences and samplin frequwncy”
With any other application my usb iMIc works well.
What can I do?
Try restarting Audacity with iMic connected.
You may need to update Audacity to the latest 2.0.5 ( http://audacityteam.org/download/mac ) and to set up iMic in Apple Audio MIDI Setup. This page may help: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/User:BillWharrie/OSX_and_USB_input_devices#setup .
