I’m probably posting in the wrong spot, but maybe someone will see this and be able to help. About a year ago, I used a filter on an audio clip. I need to replicate that same effect, but don’t remember which filter I used and haven’t been able to even come close to matching the effect. If I upload a “before and after” would someone with a really good ear be able to identify how I created the effect and tell me how to go about doing it again? This is pretty important to a project I’m working on, so any help in identifying the effect I used will be most greatly appreciated.
I’m on a Mac Mini running OS X 10 Yosemite 10.10.5 and Audacity v.2.0.6
I’m going ahead and uploading the before and after example. You’ll hear the voice in its recorded state first, followed immediately by the same clip with the effect applied to it. I can only hope someone out there has an ear for this sort of thing. Thank you for your time.
