ive tried everything to open this project but nothing will work ive tried the file>open command and simply just opening it from the file explorer and nothing works please help iam completely lost

im using windows 10 and version 2.3.2 of audacity
Do you get any error messages? If you do, it’s good to write them down or copy them for later.
An Audacity project is in two parts.
The two parts have to be in the same location or folder on your computer. They have to have the same name and it has to be the name you gave them inside Audacity.
The AUP file is plain text and you can open it in a text editor such as TextEdit or NotePad. It contains semi-English commands and it should look something like this. If you do open it, Do Not Save Anything.
The red box is the original name of the Project. That name must match your file and folder names.
