I cant edit one track without it editing other tracks, i only dragged one the first track but the second track is blue too

It’s because you’ve got sync-lock turned om - the visual cu is the little clock at the bottom right of each Track Control Panel.

Just click on the Tracks menu item and uncheck Keep tracks synchronized
