I backed up audio to the cloud option. When I attempted to retrieve I got an error about block files

Heya! You may want to try to clear your cache. The cache is located in %appdata%\audacity\CloudProjects and all files inside it are safe to delete. (If you want to be extra safe, you can just move the files inside to a different folder, such as the Download folder)

Next time you start audacity and open the project, it should download the project from the cloud again, which should fix that issue.
