How to select input device on my Lenovo Thinkbook

Audacity 3.0.0 works correct on my old Acer Aspire with Windows 10.
But on my new Lenovo Thinkbook with Windows 10 and Audacity 3.7.1, no sounds are recorded.
I tried both Recording devices “Microsoft Sound Mapper - Input” and “Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Au”.
Must I use “MME”, Windows DirectSound" or “Windows WASAPI”?
What can I try to record sounds?

Check the Permissions/Privacy Settings for your microphone.

Allow apps to access your microphone is: on
But I want to record sounds from a web-site and not from the microphone.

Use WASAPI loopback as your recording device.

I choose “Windows WASAPI”
I choose "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio) (loopback) as Recording Device.
If I start recording, I get the error message:
Error opening recording device.
Error code: -9996 Invalid device.
