How to Save Multiple Tracks without Mixing

I have just completed laying down a music track to go with a narration I recorded last week. At this time, they exist as two separate stereo tracks on the Audacity screen, one above the other. I would like to save them as separate entities before I mix them, in case I want to come back and do some more work on them. How do I do this?

Two ways:

  1. Select one track and use “File > Export Selection” to export that track. Repeat the process for the other track.
