How to reduce the bothering "s" & "ch" sounds??

Hi!I’d like to reduce the bothering “s” & “ch” sounds,without lowering the volume of the whole file,
in the 10 sec mp3 I’ve attached.Please,help me with that.
I’m using the 3.0.2 version!

Try the desibilator plugin on its default settings.
(it will only reduce the sibilance, it won’t improve any other aspect).
