I have an account and can listen to the station on my pc (windows 7), but I cannot figure out the steps to record with Audacity 2.0.3. Has anyone been able to accomplish task? If so can you kindly post the steps to follow?

Newer computers can make it difficult or impossible to self-record. For them, there is Total Recorder which is a money-based program that can record streaming sound.
