How to perfectly join cut audio?

Hi,
Am new to music/audio environment. I want to remove piece of music from my audio and join remaining part.
I have cut and join audio. But the problem is when i hear the join audio it seems a break in that cutted portion, its not in a rhythm of orginall music. Can anyone share how to overcome this?
