How to mute usb mic

I do my internet radio show and record it on audacity, I use winn amp for my music & liners, how can I mute my mic without muting my winn amp. Thank You Grobeck

You are going to struggle using Audacity as a “live production” tool because it’s not designed for that. Audacity’s strengths lie in manipulating sounds after they have been recorded (post-production).
