How to match settings for recording in W10 and Audacity 2.13

I was able to record from a turntable via a USB connection to my PC with Audacity 2.2.1, but don’t seem to be able to get the settings right.
Grateful for suggestions.

There isn’t an “Audacity 2.13”. Do you mean “Audacity 2.1.3”, or 2.3.1? (Look in “Help > About Audacity” for the exact version number).
