how to install audicity in my laptop?

I am having difficulty installing audicity in here.

Download the Audacity 2.0.3 installer from here: http://audacityteam.org/download/windows
Then double click on the file to run the installer.
If you are logged in with a limited account then you may be prompted to enter an Administrator password for your computer.
