I have a call recording, which unfortunatelly can not undesrtand. I guess this recording is too fast and must be slowed down. But have tried several times and didnt work for me. I need a professional hand 
So, anyone to help me? And explain me how to do it by my own?

The recording is trash. There’s not enough actual data to recover anything meaningful.
It is not a trash, cause when I slow it down and pitch shift I can understand someting but barely… So it is a mater of profesional hand
Yes there’s a few fragments where I think I may be able to guess at what is being said. I don’t think it gets much better than that.
Can you call the person back and ask them what they said?
