How to export in 128+ kps? Audacity 2.1.0 Win 7 Pro[SOLVED]

I start with a (open a) 320 kps mp3 file and when i export it, the only option is 64 kps. How can i export it in 128 kps or 320 kps?

In the Export Audio dialogue, choose “MP3 Files” then click the Options… button:
[mp3opt][/mp3opt]
