I want to ask a general question is there any way in audacity or any other software through which I can convert videos in audios without any hesitation.
You can suggest me any paid or free version to do that.
I don’t think audacity has this option?

Audacity is an audio editor… No video.
You can (usually) open an audio/video and Audacity will extract the audio. You can export (save) the edited audio and if you want to put the new audio back into the video you’ll have to use your video editor.
In most cases you’ll need to install the optional FFmpeg Import/Export library to open/extract the compressed audio from the audio/video file.
