How to automatically detect spikes in my recorded wave

Hi all,

I am recording a sine wave using a microcntroller and I want to automatically check if there is some spikes vs the original sine wave.
For example, you can look at the attached file where there is spikes at 1s27, 1s91 and 4s27.
The spikes look like the attached figure “spikes.png”

Now I want to automatically detect these spikes. Is ther a mean to do that.
May be through scripts !?

PS: I am using Window7 and Audacity 2.0.1
