How to add index points to a long track?

Hi. I’m new to Audacity and have a simple task to start with: I have a concert that is one hour long with about 10 songs.
It’s all one file and I want to break it into individual tracks. I’m not sure how to do this.
I guess I need to listen to it and then write down the breaks between songs first.
Any help is appreciated!

Can split the track, (preferably at a zero crossing point).

Can also create a label track to add names … Label Tracks - Audacity Manual
Then export multiple using those labels.
