How to add Effect to only part of the song

Hi.
I got simple question - please help me :>
How can i add some effects, like reloop, bass filter, bass boost, high pass filter etc to only a part of the song?

Press the yellow Stop button if you are playing the track.

Do you really want to apply effects to some instruments in the song without affecting others? We can’t do that. We can’t split a song up into individual instruments, singers and sounds.
