New in Audacity. Using 2.02 version

Export:
File name
edit metadata … ok
locate lame … ok
‘! could not open MP3 encoding library’

What am I doing wrong?
Or how do I save as an MP3?

I did as suggested.

Export…
File … name …ok
Metadata …ok
locate lame … ok
! You are linking to lame_enc.dll v3.98
This version is not compatible with Audacity 2.02
Please download latest version

So I d/l the latest version
Still the same

This is sssoooo freaken frustrating
