How do I remove 60 hz sawtooth?

You need to use notch filter to remove 60 hz saw. Please help me.
Version: 3.7.3
OS: Windows 11

A sawtooth contains both odd and even harmonics (frequency multiples). You need notches at 60, 120, 240…Hz, theoretically to infinity but since it’s digital, up to the Nyquist limit (half of the sample rate).

The harmonics do get weaker at higher frequencies so you might only need a few filters.

Or spectral editing … https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/spectral_selection.html#example

As above, this isn’t easy. Sawtooth patterns are made up of bunches of different tones and to correct it, you have to hit them all. Creating a sawtooth tone is a good way to destroy a show.

How did you get this damage? Flat-topping and clipping happens hundreds of times a day to everybody, but sawtooth damage is super rare.

There is no normal digital error that can do that.

My conspiracy bell is ringing.
