Ho do I access the window?

How do I navigate to this? What other settings do I need to setup?

That’s the real time frequency analysis in Cool Edit, isn’t it? Audacity doesn’t have a tool like that. We have post production Analyze > Plot Spectrum. Drag-select the portion you want analysed.
