How do I complete uninstallation?

I just uninstalled Audacity 2.4.2 under Windows 10 Pro. At the end of the uninstallation, an error message popped and said, unhelpfully, that not all files were uninstalled and that I would have to uninstall the remaining files manually. How can I find out where the remaining files are and the remaining files’ names?

There will be an “Audacity” folder left over, either “C:\Program Files\Audacity” or “C:\Program Files (x86)\Audacity”.
There will also be a setting folder: “C:\Users<your user name>\Application Data\audacity”
