How can I do these two things in Audacity?

I’ve managed to rip the music from Disco Dancing Santa. In case you don’t know what Disco Dancing Santa is, Disco Dancing Santa is a piece of software in Flash that allows users to change the trees in the background, Santa’s dance moves and the music. As of this message’s posting, the program is available at http://northpole.com/Clubhouse/DancingSanta.

Anyways, there are two modifications I wish to make to the ripped music, though not at the same time:

  1. Make the audio sound like how it does in the Flash program. When I rip it, it sounds more like music that plays while t
  2. Make the audio quality higher. Here are two versions of “Explore” from Lego Island so you’ll hopefully be more likely to get what I mean correctly: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Czb94kDnAsE (lower audio quality) and http://youtube.com/watch?v=7Ao-o3ykSps (higher audio quality).

How can I make the modifications in the list to the music?

What’s the rest of that sentence?

Which sentence?

Can downgrade (degrade) music, but it’s not possible to upgrade.

The one that says "When I rip it, it sounds more like music that plays while t "

How can I make the ripped music sound like how it does in the Flash program in Audacity? I have no answers for that one.
