High pitched feedback when I start speaking

I get a loud high pitched echo-like feedback, when I start talking in my recordings. It has never happened before. It’s not something I can just remove afterwards cause it’s really uncomfortable and loud.

Last week I recorded with Voicemeeter to use two microphones at once, perhaps it changed some settings.

Any ideas??

There is another poster with complex sound pathways and Voicemeeter and he’s having very similar problems.

Don’t let his description of the problem fool you. His system is oscillating just like yours, but doing it at a very slow rate.

There is one other possibility. It could be actual club performance feedback.

“We’re happy you all came out on such a rainy night…eeeeEEEEEEeeeEEEEEEeee.”

You must use headphones in a complex sound shoot. No Speakers.
