Help with Pause function

I can’t figure out how to RESUME recording after I have hit the pause button. Help appreciated

Click the Pause button again (or keyboard shortcut: “P”)

Or click the Record button (or keyboard shortcut: “R”)

This will create a split line at the pause point - which may be useful if you later want to know where you paused.

BUT if you do do this just be careful for now, as if you then Pause again and then try to delete the track while in that paused state - Audacity will crash.

I have just logged this as a Priority 1 bug - so it should get fixed for the next release.

I use the keyboard thumbkey to pause and resume.
