Hello - when I try open Audacity I get the following error, any fixes?
I’m not an Audacity developer so I don’t know what the error means but did you download Audacity from audacityteam.org?
What version of Windows are you running?
That might be a valid error message for the developers but it doesn’t tell the user anything.
I don’t have that file on my computer. I didn’t find any CPP files in the Audacity folders.
In case you don’t already know this, but CPP files are source code for programs written in the C++ programming language. The computer doesn’t directly run source code and we don’t normally see them (except Audacity is open source so you can download them as part of the project). The CPP files are compiled to make EXE and DLL files that make-up the program that runs on your computer.
