How did you record that? I use a special microphone and the recordings come out way better than that.

Open the clip in Audacity and View > Show Clipping: On.
See all those red lines. That’s the kiss of death. That’s data overload. There are portions of the track that just didn’t follow the voice. There’s no clear voice in the track to clean up.
If you have to record a call again, don’t do it that way.
