The plug-in is called FFT Tools from Smart Electronix. No matter how hard I tried their official site does not open. I couldn’t find this plugin on the Internet either. This plugin includes Kontrast, which is exactly what I need. Does anyone have this plugin in .dll format? Please share it.

Note that this is an ancient 32-bit plug-in. It will not work in 64-bit Audacity, and there is no guarantee that it will work in any version of Audacity.

Smartelecronix shut its doors years ago, so there won’t be any updates.
There is no 64 bit version. The 32-bit plugins will run on 32-bit version of Audacity.
You have to be careful having 32-bit and 64-bit version of Audacity on the same machine:
you have to keep them separate: a portable settings folder for each version.
