Help Needed with recording to work

Please help. I’ve installed the app but I can’t record . When I press the record button it says “recording Paused” I unintsalled and reinstalled. Before this happened it was recording but nothing was actually recording… Now it won’t record at all , Please help

You need to give us a push. Record what? YouTube Music? Your voice? Which microphone?

windows… just voice … ive used it before on my old computer but cant get it to work on this one
