Headphone monitoring delay

Tell me please. Audio delay in headphone monitors. I use an ATR 2500 usb microphone. I’ve tried everything, but the delay remains.

Plug your headphones into the microphone. (Fortunately your microphone has that option.)

Then turn OFF Audible Input Monitoring so you don’t also get a delayed-echo through the computer.

There is always SOME latency (delay) when the sound goes through the computer.
