I use audacity to edit phone interviews. I currently use Skype and record the call with Call Burner. The mic I use is a logitech digital head set but the quality is still poor mostly because of backround noise like hearing me breath. What is the best and easist to use head set for recording phone conversations?
Some headsets allow the mic to be positioned at the corner of your mouth - this cuts down the amount of breath noise dramatically compared with having the microphone directly in front of your mouth.
