After recording several videos from my iPhone to import to audacity, I found I couldn’t import Mov. files. I changed the file names in the Dropbox app to end in WAV and the app confirmed the file types were changed, and upon trying to import I got the message ‘Audacity did not recognize the type of file ‘C:\Users\domin\Dropbox\Mobile Uploads*the file names*.wav’. Try installing FFmpeg.
So I install BreeZip which presumably should help get these files in Audacity but doesn’t seem to do anything. Anyways, I made an account just to ask this question so I’m sorry if I sound tech illiterate or dumb. Thank you.
