Just curious if anyone has tried the new 1.3.5 beta version. The readme mentions something about
“Several bugs fixed so that latency correction should be better, and more devices work correctly.”
Can anyone confirm if this fixes the delay with the software playthrough issues? I’m going to try it when i get home later…
The 1.3.5 version does fix some bugs, but there is at least one new bug (which the developers are already aware of).
1.3.5 does not fix the delay with the software playthrough, nor will any new version. This delay is unavoidable with software playthrough and can only be resolved by using full duplex hardware, or direct monitoring.
I just loaded 1.3.5b on my PowerBook to get the better noise tools…
