Hi guys, does anyone know if Presonus Audiobox will work with Audacity?
and if not what works best with this program.

Yes… Assuming nothing “unusual” goes wrong… 
Anything with Windows drivers should work. It’s similar to a printer in-that it communicates with the application through the drivers and operating system.
…Multi-channel interfaces (more than 2-channel stereo) often give Audacity trouble and there are a few higher-end audio interfaces that require ASIO drivers, and Audacity doesn’t support ASIO.
